Comma Rule 12: Similarly, use commas to enclose degrees or titles used with names.

Example: Musafar al-Jafar, M.B.A, can teach all you need to know about being a businessman, Jerry.

Note that there are commas both before AND after the title. There isn't just a single comma before or a single comma after.

Incorrect: Musafar al-Jafar, M.B.A can teach all you need to know about being a businessman, Jerry.

Incorrect: Musafar al-Jafar M.B.A, can teach all you need to know about being a businessman, Jerry.
