AGENT: Good morning, sir. How may I help you?

CLIENT: Good morning. I´d  to hire a car, please.

AGENT: Certainly. What size car  you like to hire? We have small, mid-size and  models available.

CLIENT: It depends. What’s the  rate for a mid-size car?

AGENT: We can  you a Ford Focus for sixty pounds a day. That includes mileage.

CLIENT: Would that be a diesel or petrol car?

AGENT: Petrol.

CLIENT: OK, that  me fine.

AGENT: And how many days do you wish to rent it ?

CLIENT: Just two days — today and tomorrow.

AGENT: No problem. Will you be the  driver?

CLIENT: Yes, I will. Is insurance included  the price?

AGENT: Yes, but only the  cover. If you want full coverage insurance, it will be eight pounds  day extra.

CLIENT: All right.  take it. You never know.

AGENT: OK. Could you just fill  this form? I’ll also need to see your driving .

CLIENT: Here you are.

AGENT: Thank you.

AGENT: Right, that comes to £136 in all. How  you like to pay?

CLIENT: Can I use my Visa card?

AGENT: Of course.

CLIENT: Oh, and by what time must I  the car tomorrow?

AGENT: Our office closes at six, so  time before then.

CLIENT: Do I need to return the car with a full tank of fuel?

AGENT: Yes. All our vehicles are  with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank, or a refuelling will apply.

CLIENT: OK.
