Phrasal verbs - Health and fitness

 
1) Read the health and fitness advice below and complete 1-5 with the appropriate phrasal verb.

 

Do you feel tired all the time? Do you often get headaches or colds? Improve your health with this simple advice!

 

Eat more healthily. unhealthy snacks such as crisps and chocolate and fast food completely. all the buiscuits in the house and buy more fruit and vegetables. 

Take more exercise. Spend less time indoors and an exciting new sport. earlier and go running, for example. 


2) Match each phrasal verb with its meaning.

 

When talking about sports...
